An independent service
TNPSC Photo is an independent utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). Our site name does not imply official status or a partnership.
What the tools do
The site helps you crop, resize, compress, convert and prepare photo or signature files. It provides guidance about image requirements. It does not submit an application, verify your identity or act on your behalf with TNPSC.
Official requirements and acceptance
Requirements may change by recruitment, notification or application workflow. Read the active TNPSC notification and any amendments before submission. The official portal and recruitment instructions remain authoritative.
A verified preset means the stated fields were checked against the linked source on the displayed date. Passing our dimension, format or file-size checks does not guarantee that TNPSC will accept the file. These checks cannot verify every photograph-content, photography-date or layout requirement. The size guide identifies sources and tool limitations.
Your images and downloaded files
The current tools process your images locally in your browser; images are not uploaded to our server or saved in a cloud history. Files you download remain on your device. Uploading a finished file to TNPSC is a separate action you perform.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Temporary outages, browser limitations or insufficient device memory may prevent processing or downloading. Keep your original image and check the result rather than relying on uninterrupted access.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing the right requirements, entering accurate information, and reopening the final downloaded file to check its content, dimensions, bytes and format before submission. Use the service lawfully and do not use another person’s images or identity without appropriate permission.
Names and branding
TNPSC names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The branding “TNPSC Photo” identifies this independent utility and does not confer official affiliation or permission to represent TNPSC.
Third-party services and privacy
Google Analytics 4 may collect anonymous or pseudonymous usage data, browser information and first-party cookies as described in our Privacy page. We do not send selected images, file names, names, dates or pasted error text to analytics. External TNPSC websites and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product or its operation changes. The date above identifies this version. Review the current terms when you return to use the site.
Contact and portal help
No public support email or contact form is currently offered by this site. For questions about an application or an unexplained portal error, use the help contact listed on the official TNPSC application portal; TNPSC does not provide support for this independent utility.
