Are my photos uploaded?
Your images are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our server. The site does not save your images or finished files.
Why can an image miss the requested KB range?
A simple image can remain below the minimum even at the highest quality. A detailed image or lossless PNG may remain above the maximum. The tool shows a failed check instead of claiming compliance. Try a different source or allowed format; change dimensions only if your form permits it.
What should I check before submitting?
Check the downloaded file’s dimensions, actual file size and format, then compare it with the latest official notification. Also review the photo content, background and any required text.
Where do I find the downloaded image on my phone?
Check your browser’s Downloads area or your Files app. On some iPhones a preview may open; use the share menu to save it to Files. Check the saved file before uploading it to your form.
